HubSpot Notion integration: is there one? Options and cost (2026)

Short answer: There is no native HubSpot Notion integration that syncs contacts, companies or deals between the two. Notion's built-in syncs cover GitHub, Jira and Salesforce, not HubSpot. The one official app is Notion's "Notion Connector" for HubSpot, which only lets HubSpot's Breeze AI search and create Notion pages. To move CRM data into Notion, you need Zapier, Make or a custom script.

Is there a native HubSpot Notion integration?

Not one that syncs data. Here is what each vendor offers today.

Option Built by What it does Syncs CRM records?
Notion Connector (HubSpot marketplace) Notion Lets HubSpot's Breeze assistant and agents search Notion, read pages and create pages No
Notion managed syncs Notion One-way syncs into Notion databases Only GitHub, Jira and Salesforce. No HubSpot
Notion AI connectors Notion Let Notion AI search other tools HubSpot is not listed
Zapier / Make Third party Trigger-and-action automations Yes, record by record

So if you searched for a way to see HubSpot deals inside a Notion database, the answer is an automation tool, not a built-in switch.

What does the Notion Connector for HubSpot do?

It is an AI connector, not a sync. The HubSpot marketplace listing says it lets Breeze "create documentation, plan campaigns" in Notion. It gives Breeze three abilities: search Notion and fetch pages (read-only), and create pages (write).

Useful if your team already drafts in HubSpot's AI and wants the result saved as a Notion page. Not useful if you want a Notion table of open deals that stays up to date. The listing had no reviews and 700+ installs when we checked.

Why can't Notion sync HubSpot like it syncs Salesforce?

Notion has only built managed syncs for a few tools. Its help page lists GitHub and Jira (Business plan) and Salesforce (Enterprise plan). These syncs run one way, from the other tool into Notion, and the synced fields are read-only in Notion.

For anything else, Notion points to Notion Workers. That means writing and deploying code your team maintains, while Notion runs it. Notion has pre-built Worker guides for Asana and GitLab, but not HubSpot.

How do you connect HubSpot and Notion with Zapier?

Zapier is the most direct route. It has ready-made HubSpot + Notion templates, such as creating Notion database items when HubSpot deal properties change, or updating Notion items when companies are added or updated.

  1. In Notion, create the database you want to fill, with a column for each HubSpot field (deal name, amount, stage, owner, close date).
  2. Add a property for the HubSpot record ID. You will need it to update the right row later.
  3. In Zapier, pick a HubSpot trigger, such as a new deal or an updated deal property.
  4. Add a Notion action: create a database item for new records, or find and update one for changes.
  5. Map each HubSpot field to its Notion column, test with a real record and turn the Zap on.

Make works the same way with its HubSpot CRM and Notion connector, using a scenario instead of a Zap.

What are the limits of a Zapier or Make sync?

It runs one record at a time, in the direction you build. Edits made in Notion do not flow back to HubSpot unless you build a second automation the other way, and two-way setups can loop or overwrite each other if you are not careful.

Timing depends on the plan. Zapier's Free plan checks for new data every 15 minutes, Professional every 2 minutes, and Team every minute, per Zapier's pricing page. Make's Free plan runs at most every 15 minutes; paid plans can run every minute (Make pricing).

Old records don't come across on their own. Automations react to new events, so you would import your existing deals into Notion once, by CSV, before turning on the sync.

How much does a HubSpot Notion setup cost?

Prices are list price, billed yearly, October 2026.

Tool Plan Price
Notion Plus $10 per seat a month
Notion Business $20 per seat a month
HubSpot Sales Hub Starter $20 per seat a month (new customers are currently offered $7)
Zapier Free $0 for 100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps only
Zapier Professional $19.99 a month for 750 tasks
Zapier Team $69 a month for 2,000 tasks and 25 users
Make Free $0 for 1,000 credits a month

Make's paid plans are priced by credit volume, so check the live page for your tier. Each step in a Zap or scenario uses a task or credit. A "find row, then update row" automation on every deal change uses at least two.

If you are not sure what Notion costs you today, the Notion cost calculator adds it up by seat.

When one system makes more sense

Most teams who want HubSpot data in Notion want one place to see a client: the deal, the notes and the project docs together. A sync gives you a copy that can drift.

If that view is the real goal, it can be simpler to keep CRM records and docs in one system. FitMySaaS builds that for small teams, and our custom CRM vs HubSpot guide lays out when it is worth it and when HubSpot is the better call.

Questions

Can I embed HubSpot dashboards or records in Notion?

Notion's help pages don't list a HubSpot embed or preview, so we can't confirm one. Most teams use a Zapier or Make sync into a Notion database instead.

Is the Notion Connector for HubSpot a two-way sync?

No. It lets HubSpot's Breeze AI search and read Notion and create Notion pages. It does not copy contacts, companies or deals in either direction.

Can I sync HubSpot contacts to Notion for free?

Zapier's Free plan allows 100 tasks a month with two-step Zaps, which covers a simple "new contact, create Notion row" flow at low volume. Make's Free plan gives 1,000 credits a month.

Does Notion sync with Salesforce but not HubSpot?

Yes. Notion offers a managed Salesforce sync on its Enterprise plan. There is no equivalent for HubSpot.
