Calendly vs Cal.com pricing for teams of 10 and 20 (2026)

Short answer: Cal.com is cheaper for teams. Round-robin and routing forms cost $12 a user per month on Cal.com Teams and $16 a seat on Calendly Teams (list price, billed yearly, October 2026). For 10 hosts, that is $1,440 vs $1,920 a year. Calendly Standard is cheaper still at $10, but it has no round-robin, so it only fits people booking their own meetings.

How are Calendly and Cal.com priced?

Both charge per person per month. Calendly's pricing page lists Standard at $10 a seat and Teams at $16, billed yearly ($12 and $20 monthly).

Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year. Cal.com's pricing page lists Teams at $12 a user and Organizations at $28, billed yearly ($16 and $37 monthly).

On Calendly, only people who host meetings need a seat. Its pricing page says seats are required for users who connect calendars and host meetings, and that invitees do not need a seat. So a 20-person company with 8 people taking calls buys 8 seats, not 20.

Plan Per seat / month (billed yearly) Per seat / month (billed monthly) Round-robin
Calendly Free $0 $0 No
Calendly Standard $10 $12 No
Calendly Teams $16 $20 Yes
Cal.com Free (Individuals) $0 $0 No
Cal.com Teams $12 $16 Yes
Cal.com Organizations $28 $37 Yes

What do 10 and 20 hosts pay?

List price, billed yearly, October 2026, before tax. Counts are people who host meetings.

Plan 10 hosts / month 10 hosts / year 20 hosts / month 20 hosts / year
Calendly Standard $100 $1,200 $200 $2,400
Calendly Teams $160 $1,920 $320 $3,840
Cal.com Teams $120 $1,440 $240 $2,880
Cal.com Organizations $280 $3,360 $560 $6,720

For a team that needs shared scheduling, the fair comparison is Teams against Teams. Cal.com saves $480 a year at 10 hosts and $960 at 20. If your team doesn't need round-robin, Calendly Standard at $1,200 a year for 10 hosts is the cheapest paid option of the two.

What do the free plans include?

Cal.com's free plan is much more generous. It includes unlimited event types and calendars, more than 100 app integrations and Stripe and PayPal payments. Calendly Free allows one event type and one calendar connection.

For a solo consultant or a team where each person books their own calls, Cal.com Free may be all you need. On Calendly, the same person would usually need Standard for a second event type.

What do the team plans add?

Both Teams plans cover the core jobs: round-robin scheduling and routing forms that send leads to the right person. The differences are in CRM links, branding and security.

Feature Calendly Standard Calendly Teams Cal.com Teams Cal.com Organizations
Event types Unlimited Unlimited, plus admin-managed events Unlimited Unlimited
Calendar connections 6 6 Unlimited Unlimited
Round-robin No Yes Yes Yes
Routing forms No Yes Yes Yes, route by custom variables
CRM listed on pricing page HubSpot Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot Via the Cal.com app store Via the Cal.com app store
SSO No Optional add-on Not listed SAML SSO and SCIM
Compliance listed Not listed Not listed Not listed SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001

Cal.com Teams also removes Cal.com branding, and its email and SMS reminder workflows are limited to templates on that plan. Cal.com also links to a self-hosted version on GitHub, which Calendly does not offer. Self-hosting only saves money if someone on your team is comfortable running and updating a server.

Which should a small team choose?

Your situation Better pick Why
Each person books their own meetings Cal.com Free or Calendly Standard Free covers most needs on Cal.com; Standard is $10 on Calendly
Sales team splitting demo calls Cal.com Teams Round-robin and routing at $12, vs $16
Sales team on Salesforce, wants native routing Calendly Teams Salesforce listed on the Teams plan

Before you switch, count your hosts, not your headcount. Seat counts drive the whole bill, and the Calendly cost calculator shows the yearly total at your real number.

When one system makes more sense

Scheduling is usually one of the cheaper tools in a stack, and switching rarely pays off unless it is part of a bigger cleanup. When bookings live in Calendly, leads in a CRM and follow-ups in a task tool, FitMySaaS can build a team of 10 to 40 one system with booking, pipeline and tasks together. If scheduling is your only need, Cal.com or Calendly is the right answer, and our Calendly alternatives page compares more options.

Questions

Is Cal.com really free?

Yes, for individuals. The free plan includes unlimited event types and calendars, 100+ integrations and payments. Team features such as round-robin start on the $12 Teams plan.

Do invitees need a Calendly account?

No. Calendly's pricing page says meeting invitees do not need an account or a seat. Only the people who host and connect calendars pay.

Is Calendly Standard enough for a team?

Only if each person books their own meetings. Standard has no round-robin or routing forms, so a team sharing leads needs Teams at $16 a seat.

Can Cal.com replace Calendly for a sales team?

For round-robin and routing forms, yes, at a lower price per user. If your sales process depends on Calendly's Salesforce features, test the Cal.com Salesforce app with real leads before you switch.
